Have you found an Amiro London item that you just have to have? Awesome!
Select your desired color and/or size and click on 'Add to Cart'. You can continue shopping and return to your cart at any time by clicking the 'Cart Icon' in the top right corner. Please note that adding items to your cart does not automatically reserve them.
Ready to checkout? It’s time to complete your order. Click on the 'Cart Icon' in the top right corner to go to your Amiro London items. On the next page, you can adjust quantities if necessary. Then click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. You’ll be directed to the checkout page where you can easily fill in all your details on one page.
Note: Once you’ve completed your order, it cannot be modified, as we immediately start processing your order to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping costs?
Amiro London covers the shipping costs. You won’t have to pay for shipping.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we ship all our items with Track & Trace. You can follow the status of your order via the order status page. A link to the order status page will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace status becomes available.
What are the delivery times?
At Amiro London, we strive for fast delivery. If you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 10-15 business days.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your package will be stored for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You’ll receive a notification from the driver with details about the pick-up location. After 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Incorrect address.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We make every effort to speed up processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided the wrong address.
Lost or stolen package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If Track & Trace shows that your package was delivered to your address but you haven’t received it, please report this within 14 days of the indicated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with PostNL and keep you updated until the investigation is complete.
